Rosa Aguirre LMT
Rosa was inspired by her mother to pursue a career in massage therapy after witnessing firsthand the positive impact her mother had on her clients’ health and well-being. From a young age, Rosa knew she wanted to create the same meaningful impact through hands-on care.
She studied massage therapy at Carrington College in Portland and later earned her chiropractic assistant license to further support patients in a clinical setting. Rosa offers a variety of massage modalities, including Swedish massage, deep tissue, cupping, and trigger point therapy, tailoring each session to her clients’ individual needs and goals.
Outside of the clinic, Rosa enjoys spending time with her two boys. She loves music, working out, and being surrounded by good energy and great people. Known for her positive attitude and strong work ethic, Rosa is a true people person who continually challenges herself to grow—both personally and professionally.

Dr. Paul Doan PT, DPT
Paul is a San Diego native who grew up with an appreciation for movement and competition from an early age. He went on to compete as a track and field sprinter at the University of California, San Diego, where he also earned his Bachelor of Arts in Human Development — and where a firsthand experience with injury and rehabilitation first sparked his passion for physical therapy. He later completed his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in San Marcos, California.
His background as a competitive athlete shapes everything about how Paul approaches patient care. He treats the whole person, not just the symptom — taking time to understand each patient’s goals, lifestyle, and movement patterns before building a plan that actually addresses the root cause. His treatment style is hands-on and movement-based, grounded in evidence-based interventions including manual therapy, IASTM (instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization), and mobilization with movement techniques, paired with targeted exercise progressions designed to make those changes stick long-term.
Paul specializes in orthopedic and sport-related injuries, with a particular passion for lower extremity rehab and return-to-sport programming. He is equally comfortable working with competitive athletes and the general population, with additional experience in occupational health and post-surgical rehabilitation.
Outside the clinic, Paul continues to train — running, Olympic weightlifting, and chasing athletic performance. He creates fitness and rehab content centered on the intersection of physical therapy and sport, because he believes the best providers never stop learning from both sides of the field. When he’s not training or creating, you’ll find him exploring new restaurants, catching live shows, and spending quality time with family and friends.
