Dr. Michael Simele was born and raised in Oregon and is a board-certified chiropractic sports physician (CCSP®), International Certified Sports Chiropractor (ICSC), Functional Release® provider, and certified corrective exercise specialist. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sport Science from Oregon State University. His passion for human performance and health led him to Palmer College of Chiropractic in San Jose, where he received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree. While at Palmer, Dr. Simele provided care to a wide range of patients, from competitive athletes through the Palmer West Sports Council to underserved populations through the Palmer Outreach Program.
A lifelong athlete, Dr. Simele understands firsthand how frustrating it can be when an injury keeps you from doing what you love. Whether your goal is returning to sport, work, or everyday activities like gardening, his priority is helping you recover efficiently and safely. He utilizes a comprehensive, evidence-based approach that may include chiropractic manipulation, Functional Release and range conditioning, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization, and corrective exercise. His integrated treatment style focuses on identifying and treating the root cause of injury while empowering patients to stay active throughout their recovery.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Simele enjoys spending time with his wife, family, and friends. He stays active by keeping up with his kids, golfing, and weightlifting, loves exploring the outdoors, and is always up for trying new foods.
